Do I need a subscription to use TaTTTy?
No subscription is required. You can simply create an account, log in, and use your free credits to start creating. If you run out, you can just buy more as you go.
How many credits does it cost to generate an image?
It's a straightforward 1-to-1 ratio: generating one image costs 1 credit. If you decide to generate a batch of four images at once, it will cost 4 credits.
What happens if a generation fails?
If the system encounters an error and your generation fails to complete, the credits used for that prompt are automatically and instantly refunded to your balance.
When do purchased credits show up in my account?
Purchased credits are added to your balance immediately after your payment is successfully processed, so you don't have to wait around to get back to creating.
Do my credits expire?
No. As long as your account remains open and active, your credits will stay in your balance until you use them.
Do my credits roll over?
Yes, any unused credits automatically roll over to the next month.
Is there a cap on how many credit packs I can buy?
No, there is no limit. You can purchase as many additional credits as you need.
Do I have to wait for my monthly credits?
Not at all. While your 25 monthly credits are added to your account automatically on your billing date, you can always buy extra credit packs if you run out early.
Can I buy more credits whenever I want?
Yes, you can easily top up your balance at any time so you can keep creating without interruption.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the result?
Because art can be subjective, we don't refund credits just because a result isn't exactly what you pictured. However, if the system glitches, errors out, or fails to deliver your image properly, let us know and we will absolutely refund those credits back to your account.
Can I use credits to edit images?
Absolutely. You can use your credits for image editing and all other creative tools available on the platform.
