Digital Products All digital purchases — including credit packs, AI-generated tattoo designs, and downloadable artwork — are final sale. No returns or refunds.
Physical Products We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at teamtattty@tattty.com. Do not send items back without first requesting a return. Once approved, your vendor will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days. Items are returned directly to our fulfillment partners — not to us.
Damages & Issues Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at teamtattty@tattty.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges Return the original item first, then place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided items are unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
