Digital Products & Credit Packs All digital purchases — including credit packs, AI-generated tattoo designs, and downloadable artwork — are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Physical Products Physical products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our vendor partners. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. No restocking fees.

To initiate a return, contact us at tattty.com. A return label will be provided within 2 business days. Items are returned directly to the vendor. Refunds are processed automatically once the vendor confirms receipt.
